Lift Concept

Geared / Traction Lift

These traction elevators have a gearbox which is attached to the electric motor and turns the hoist sheave and moves the rope. Geared traction elevators are driven by either direct current (DC) or alternating current (AC) and their maximum speed is up to 500 ft. per minute.

Geared traction elevators have fair installation and maintenance costs, & low energy consumption. While their speed is slower than gearless elevators, geared elevators offer advantages in terms of energy efficiency as they use less power to turn the pulle. This lift is assemble of Geared machine, which Operated by 440 volt Supply Only.

Gearless / MRL(Machine Room Less)

Machine-Room-Less Elevators are traction elevators that do not have a dedicated machine room above the elevator shaft. The machine sits in the override space and is accessed from the top of the elevator cab when maintenance or repairs are required.

Machine-room-less elevators are becoming the most popular choice for mid-rise buildings where the travel distance is up to 250 feet. They are energy efficient, require less space, and their operation and reliability are on par with gear-less traction elevators. This Type Of Lift Is Mainly assemble of non geared machine which is also known as geraless machine and which is operated by 440 volt suplly as well as 220 volt power supply. In this concept this machine will fit in very small space.

Available in 440 Volt & 220 Volt

Hydraulic Lift

Hydraulic lifts are supported by a piston at the bottom of the elevator that pushes the elevator up as an electric motor forces oil or another hydraulic fluid into the piston. The elevator descends as a valve releases the fluid from the piston.

Hydraulic Lifts have a low initial cost and their ongoing maintenance costs are lower compared to the other elevator types. However, hydraulic lifts use more energy than other types of lifts because the electric motor works against gravity as it forces hydraulic fluid into the piston. A major drawback of hydraulic lifts is that the hydraulic fluid can sometimes leak, which can cause a serious environmental hazard.
